Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania will feature the return of Corey Stoll’s Yellowjacket. Following a recent Eater Egg of Yellowjacket’s helmet in episode 5 of DisneyPlus’ Loki series, Vanity Fair’s senior writer, Joanna Robinson, revealed in the Still Watching podcast that Stoll will reprise his role as Darren Cross in Ant-Man and the Wasp 3, saying: “I don’t know if that’s an indication of something to come, but do know that Corey Stoll, in some shape, will be back for Ant-Man 3.”
The last time we saw Yellowjacket, he was trapped in the Quantum Realm by Scott Lang, similar to Janet van Dyne, and with Ant-Man and the Wasp making travel to the Quantum Realm possible, Yellowjacket could possibly find his way out. Especially now that we know Marvel Studios is planning to introduce Kang the Conqueror Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is directed by Peyton Reed from a screenplay by Jeff Loveness and stars Paul Rudd as Scott Lang and Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne, alongside Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathryn Newton, and Jonathan Majors. The film is scheduled to be released in the on February 17, 2023.
