Wonder Woman 1984: CCXP merchandise reveals Golden armor’s new look.

Back June Wonder Woman 1984 director, Patty Jenkins, released the movie official poster which revealed that Gal Gadot will don the iconic Golden Eagle Armor in the sequel. Now a T-shirt’s promotional art from the movie merchandise has given us another look at the armor. The image of the T-shirt from CCXP merchandise shows Wonder Woman sporting the Golden Eagle Armor’s helmet. The helmet bears some resemblance with armor’s helmet Diana Prince donned in Kingdom Come. According to rumors, the first WW84 will drop this December. Jenkins also revealed in June that the film will commence its official campaign in full this December. Which corresponds with the rumors of the trailer drop around December 3rd.

Wonder Woman 1984 will take place in the 80s, and will see Diana Prince/Wonder Woman face the new villain, Barbara Ann Minerva/Cheetah. The movie will also see Chris Pine return as Steve Trevor. The film was previously set for December 13, 2019, and then moved to November 1, 2019, before settling on June 5, 2020 release date.

Wonder Woman was created by psychologist and writer Charles Moulton, and artist Harry G. Peter. Wonder Woman made her first appearance in All-Star Comics #8 in October 1941 and first cover-dated on Sensation Comics #1, January 1942.

The DC film is slated for release on June 5, 2020. Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Kristen Wiig as Barbara Ann Minerva/Cheetah, Pedro Pascal, Natasha Rothwell, Ravi Patel, and Gabriella Wilde.
