A television anime series adaptation of Yoshitoki Ōima’s Fumetsu no Anata e (To Your Eternity) manga has been announced. The series will begin broadcast in Japan in October on station NHK-E. In addition, a teaser visual for the upcoming anime show featuring the main characters Fushi was also unveiled.
Ōima published To Your Eternity (To You, the Immortal) is a Japanese manga series in Weekly Shōnen Magazine since November 9, 2016. The series is written and illustrated by Ōima himself. The story follows an immortal being whose purpose is to gain knowledge of the world. As the story progresses, this being takes the form of an abandoned boy and his wolf.
Ōima’s A Silent Voice manga series was inspired by her mother’s work as a sign language interpreter. Her first manga was Mardock Scramble, was published in May 2003, with the final novel published in July 2003. The series received a novel written by Tow Ubukata and was released in 2009. Ōima also illustrated the ending sequence of the ninth episode of Attack on Titan anime series.
