The CW has ordered a new Superman and Lois Lane series.

The CW has finally ordered a new Superman and Lois Lane television series. According to GameSpot, the new series will star Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane and will be a Supergirl and the Arrowverse crossover spinoff. The series will follow Superman and Lois as “they deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.” As it was revealed during ongoing Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover event, Clark and Lois already have named, Jon Kent.

Superman and Lois Lane will be written and executive produced by former The Flash showrunner, Todd Helbing, with Arrowverse regulars Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Geoff Johns signed on to executive produce as well.

Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman series aired on ABC from September 12, 1993, to June 14, 1997. The show was created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. The Superman show stars Dean Cain as Clark Kent/Superman and Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane.
