Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is set to be released in seven days and the film latest teaser trailer has drop a major bomb about The Emperor. The new clip features a conversation where Palpatine tells Kylo Ren, “I have been every voice you have ever heard inside your head.” The communication begins with The Emperor’s voice, then changes to Snoke’s voice, before morphing into the voice of Darth Vader. Palpatine also tells Kylo Ren that he’s been the voice inside Ben Solo’s head all along.
The new clip confirms fans’ theory that Palpatine was Snoke all this time and also Darth Vader’s voice Kylo Ren has been hearing through the helmet in The Force Awakens. This could mean Kylo Ren was being manipulated by The Emperor from the start. In addition, new posters from the film were also revealed.
The Rise of Skywalker is the ninth and final episode of the “Skywalker saga” franchise created by George Lucas. The film follows the Resistance as they face the First Order to end the ancient conflict between the Jedi and the Sith.
The first Star Wars film, Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, was released in 1977. The sequels Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back in 1980, and Episode VI – Return of the Jedi in 1983. The films are referred to as the original. Star wars is currently the second-highest-grossing film franchise with a combined box office revenue of over US$9 billion.
