The Green Lantern movie turning out to be the most hilarious thing that happened in the DC Universe. Thanks to Ryan Reynolds. After debunking rumors that he will make he make a cameo in Zack Snyder’s cut of the Justice League and appearing in Black Adam, the actor shared on Twitter what he dubbed “the secret Reynolds Cut of Green Lantern”.
The montage starts with footage from Deadpool 2 showing Reynolds moments after his done reading the movie’s script before being shot in the head by Deadpool. The montage also takes a shot at Tom Cruise’s Green Lantern Corps speculation. The video ends with Reynolds’ Hal Jordan meeting the Justice League before jetting back into outer space.

Ryan Reynolds’s Green Lantern movie was released on June 17, 2011. The film received negative reviews but Reynolds’ performance as Hal Jordan was praised by fans. The Green Lantern movie grossed $219 million against a production budget of $200 million. Warner Bros is currently developing a Green Lantern Corps movie and a Green Lantern television series for HBO Max.
