Amazon Japan revealed Transformers figures: WFC Ultra Magnus as the latest edition of their Premium Finish series. Ultra Magnus is from Netflix’s Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy and is different from any previous release. WFC Ultra Magnus is finished with Japan’s original coloring/weathering paint to bring it closer to Hollywood live-action movies and NETFLIX CG animation works.
The series is different from the Walmart Netflix toys because the WFC Netflix series is based on the toys, and the TAKARA TOMY action figures are made after the series final design and decoration are released. The images show below shows Magnus both as alive and as being shot by Megatron. It transforms from robot mode to vehicle mode (transporter car) with a total length of about 26 cm. The trailer head part is transformed into a single robot, and by attaching and combining the rear carrier car part, the armor-up combination can also be reproduced.
The product more faithfully reproduces the colors and textures that match the image, making it fun to reproduce the scenes of CG animation images.
WFC Ultra Magnus comes with a gun, two blasters, two launchers, and an instruction manual. The Transformer action figure is available for pre-order on the Amazon Japan website at approximately $90 and will be released on December 29, 2021.
