John Walker gets a poster as the new Captain America after the series’ official debut.

Marvel Studios and Disney have released the first poster for the MCU’s new Captain America, John Walker. After being introduced at the end of the first episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, the new Captain America/US Agent made his official debut in the Disney Plus’ series second episode, “The Star-Spangled Man.” The character played by Wyatt Russell was kept out of the show’s past posters until now.

John Walker (U.S. Agent) was created by Mark Gruenwald and Paul Neary. He made his debut as Super-Patriot in Captain America #323 (November 1986). Walker gained his superhuman abilities after he signed up for the Power Broker’s program – an experimented to technologically augment the strength of paying customers to superhuman levels.

Directed by Kari Skogland, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan The series will also star Daniel Brühl as Helmut Zemo, Emily Van Camp as Sharon Carter, and Wyatt Russel as U.S. Agent. The series will be released on Disney+.
