Netflix has announced that Pokémon Journeys: The Series first 12 episodes will be available for streaming on June 12th. The streaming service also revealed that 12 additional episodes of the anime series will be added quarterly on Netflix for the remainder of the season. Pokémon Journeys: The Series is the new 23rd season of the Pokémon animated series.
OLM is animating and Maki Odaira (Pokémon Sun & Moon) is the anime series director with Daiki Tomiyasu (Pokémon Sun & Moon) serving as chief director. In addition, Reiko Yoshida, Shoji Yonemura, Deko Akao, Jun’ichi Fujisaku, Michihiro Tsuchiya, Touko Machida, Yuka Miyata, Aya Matsui, Atsuhiro Tomioka, and Akemi Omode will all write the series scripts, and Shūhei Yasuda will design the characters.[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lAdWfdaH7AM&w=700&h=450]
