Marvel will apparently unveil the Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 4 at D23 instead of San Diego Comic-Con like previously reported. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige will reveal the studios’ live-action projects at the event slated to take place on Saturday, August 24. Disney has announced.
“The Walt Disney Studios will present a behind-the-scenes look at its blockbuster collection of upcoming films on Saturday, August 24, at 10 a.m. Fans will see what’s on the drawing board for the acclaimed filmmakers at Walt Disney Animation Studios and Pixar Animation Studios and get a peek at the exciting slate of live-action projects, from Disney to Marvel Studios to Star Wars. As always, attendees will be treated to exclusive footage, special guest appearances, and more!”
Spider-Man: Far from Home will complete the third phase of the MCU ( Marvel Cinematic Universe). So far we know Guardians Of The Galaxy 3, Doctor Strange 2, Black Widow solo movie, The Eternals, Shang-Chi and Black Panther 3 will all be part of the MCU fourth phase. The studio is also rumored to be developing a Nova movie.
Disney recently announced eight release dates for untitled Marvel movies: May 1, 2020, November 6, 2020, February 12, 2021, May 7, 2021, November 5, 2021, February 18, 2022, May 6, 2022, and July 29, 2022.
Disney’s D23 is set to take place in Anaheim, California from August 20 to 25.
Spider-Man: Far from Home stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker / Spider-Man, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, J. B. Smoove, Jacob Batalon, Martin Starr, Marisa Tomei, and Jake Gyllenhaal. The film is scheduled hit cinemas on July 2, 2019.
