Morbius: Tyrese Gibson confirms trailer coming Monday.

Those rumors about Morbius trailer drop this coming were true after all. The film star, Tyrese Gibson, has just confirmed the trailer for the upcoming Spider-verse movie will drop this Monday. Gibson, who is playing Simon Stroud in the movie, post a video of sunset in his Instagram revealing in the caption that the trailer will be released Monday morning eastern time.

Morbius The Living Vampire is said to be taking place after the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home.


Leto is set to star as Morbius in Sony’s upcoming Spider-Man spin-off about Michael Morbius the Living Vampire alongside Adria Arjona, Matt Smith, Jared Harris, and Tyrese Gibson. The film is directed by Daniel Espinosa with a script by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless. Morbius is part of Sony’s Spider-Man spinoff universe.

Created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Gil Kane, Dr. Michael Morbius Ph.D. gained vampiric abilities and physical traits after a biochemical experiment that was supposed to cure him of a rare blood disease went disastrous. The character made his first appearance as an antagonist in The Amazing Spider-Man #101 (Oct. 1971), but with time Morbius went on to become a hero in his own series and other titles.
