Looks like fans were right to worry when The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Disney and Marvel didn’t include the series as part of Disney+’s August schedule. Disney CEO Bob Chapek has confirmed that Marvel shows will be delayed.
Chapek revealed during Disney’s Q3 Earnings Call that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki have already started production, however, require additional shooting before they’re ready for release on Disney+.
During the call, Chapek seems to confirm The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki ALL require additional shooting — so until we hear about filming resuming, don’t expect any of those to be showing up on Disney+ soon.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan as Falcon and Winter Soldier, respectively, was scheduled to premiere in late 2020 and will consist of six episodes. The series is the first in Phase Four of the MCU. Meanwhile, WandaVision starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany as Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch and Vision is scheduled to premiere in December 2020, and will consist of six episodes. Loki starring Tom Hiddleston is expected to be released in early 2021 and will consist of six episodes. Both Loki and WandaVision will be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe phase four.
