Kaguya-sama: Love is War official website revealed today that the live-action sequel film will be title “Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai – Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunōsen Final.” Shō Hirano and Kanna Hashimoto will return as Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya, respectively. In addition, a new trailer and poster for the live-action movie were also released.
Akasaka began serialization of the manga in Young Jump since May 19, 2015. The manga series received two spinoff manga in 2018. Viz Media published the series in English. Kaguya-sama: Love Is War first live-action movie adaptation opened in Japan on September 6th, 2019. A-1 Pictures released the first season of Kaguya-sama: Love is War anime series in January 2019. The anime series 2nd season aired in 2020.
Directed by Hayato Kawai with a screenplay from Yūichi Tokunaga, Kaguya-sama: Love is War (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai – Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunōsen) will open in Japan on August 20.
