Marvel Comics announced on Thursday that J.J. Abrams and son, Henry Abrams, will write a new Spider-Man comic book series for Marvel Comics this September.
The miniseries is a new take on Spider-Man and will introduce a new deadly villain, Cadaverous. In addition, the pair will work on the project with the artist, Sara Pichelli.
“The story shows Peter Parker in a way you haven’t seen him before,” J. J. Abrams said.
