The Bandai Namco Youtube Channel began streaming on Monday a new teaser trailer for Eureka Seven High Evolution 3, The final film in the Eureka Seven: Hi-Evolution film trilogy. The anime film trilogy was slated to be released in 2019 but was pushed back to 2021.
The first film of the Eureka Seven: Hi-Evolution film trilogy opened in September 2017, and the second film opened in Japan on November 10, 2018. Eureka Seven High Evolution 3 anime movie will be directed by Tomoki Kyoda.
The film centers on Anemone, a girl who lost her father in a battle in Tokyo seven years prior to the film’s story, leaving her with only her stuffed toy Gulliver, and the AI concierge Dominikids for emotional support. Now she is a key part of a strategy by the experimental unit “Acid” to combat the seventh Eureka, “Eureka Seven,” an enemy of humanity that has killed 2.6 billion people. Driven to the brink, all of humanity entrusts its hope to Anemone as she dives deep into the interior of Eureka Seven.
Eureka Seven or Psalms of Planets Eureka seveN was released in 2005. The anime series was created by Bones. The series was directed by Tomoki Kyoda, with series composition by Dai Satō, Kenichi Yoshida was in charge of the character designs and Naoki Satō composed the music. The original anime series spawned six manga adaptations, a light novel, three video games and a feature-length anime film which was released in Japan on April 25, 2009. One of the manga titled Eureka Seven: AO received an anime series in 2012.
