Disney changes the new Peter Pan movie title to Peter Pan and Wendy.

Disney has reportedly changed the title of their upcoming live-action adaptation movie of Peter Pan. Discussing Film reporting that the remake has been retitled to ‘Peter Pan and Wendy’ instead of ‘Peter Pan’ as previously revealed.

Peter Pan and Wendy will be directed by David Lowery. Lowery also co-write the scripts with Toby Halbrooks. The film looking to start production on April 17th in Canada. The film could be available on Disney+ streaming service instead of being a theatrical release.

Peter Pan was created by Scottish novelist and playwright J. M. Barrie. Pan made his first appearance in The Little White Bird is a British novel released in 1902. The character has ever since been featured in a variety of media and merchandise, including movies, animated series & films, and theatrical plays.
