The publisher has pushed back the series 4 months from its original release date.

Keanu Reeves co-created comic book series BRZRKR has been pushed back 4 months from its initial publishing date. Boom!! Studios announced that the series first issue #1 will now ship on February 17, 2021. The issue was scheduled to debut on October 7. Boom!! says the delay is due to Alessandro Vitti being replaced by Ron Garney as the series artist.

To facilitate the change and maintain its high production standards, Boom!! has announced that the in-store date for issue #1 will change to February 17, 2021. Issue #2 will now ship in March, followed by #3 in May, in accordance with the title’s six-week publication schedule.

The series is described as an action-packed, high octane comic book series with depictions of graphic violence, blood, and gore.

Reeves co-writer the comic book series with Matt Kindt (Folklords, Justice League of America). Bill Crabtree (BPRD), and letterer Clem Robins (Hellboy) are the colorists.
