Mike Mignola Debunk Hellboy TV Show Rumors.


HellBoy not getting a television series from Netflix , Mike Mignola as revealed. The comic book creator shot down the Netflix’s TV show reboot rumor on Twitter on Saturday.

It was revealed Netflix was looking to develop a HellBoy series after the streaming service signed a first-look deal with Dark Horse Entertainment to develop new television shows and films based on Dark Horse comic book properties.

Created by Mike Mignola, the fictional character made his first comic-book
debut as a prototype in Dime Press #4 (March 1993), before making his first appearance in Next Men #21 (December 1993). He was portrayed by Ron Perlman in 2004’s Hellboy movie and Hellboy II: The Golden Army, and by David Harbour in 2019’s Hellboy reboot.
