Marvel has confirmed that the WandaVision web-series will be released in 2020. The reveal was teased by Disney+ new TV spot which highlighted all the projects coming to the streaming service this year.
Additionally, Disney+ sent out a press release stating that “with the first anniversary of Disney+ on November 12, the service will kick off its second year with even more original entertainment premiering in late 2020 including…’ WandaVision,’ the upcoming original series from Marvel Studios.”

However, there’s no mention of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, which was supposed to be released before Wandavision. Disney CEO Bob Chapek revealed during Disney’s Q3 Earnings Call that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, and Loki have already started production, however, require additional shooting before they’re ready for release on Disney+.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier series starring Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan as Falcon and Winter Soldier, respectively, was scheduled to premiere in late 2020 and will consist of six episodes. The series is supposed to be the first in Phase Four of the MCU. Meanwhile, WandaVision starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany as Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch and Vision is scheduled to premiere in December 2020 and will consist of six episodes. Loki starring Tom Hiddleston is expected to be released in early 2021 and will consist of six episodes. Both Loki and WandaVision will be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe phase four.
