Idris Elba to play BloodSport in The Suicide Squad.

Like promised, director James Gunn unveiled during the DC FanDome event the members of the new Task Force X. Unlike many rumors, it was revealed that Idris Elba will actually portray BloodSport and Bronze Tiger nor Deadshot. Elba was originally cast as Floyd Lawton / Deadshot, replacing Will Smith, but Warner Bros. and director James Gunn eventually decided to have him play a new character instead, allowing Smith the opportunity to return in a future film.

The movie’s official Twitter account also released BTS sneak peek revealing an amazing depiction of King Shark. We also get the chance to see the new Harley Quinn costume from the movie. In addition, to thank fans for their support Gunn also released the film’s first official poster.
