Uncle Ben has been the subject of many fans’ theory since Tom Holland’s Peter Parker made his debut in the MCU. With two solo movies, however, the most important person in Peter Parker’s life has yet to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Spider-Man film. According to WGTC, Uncle Ben will make his MCU debut in Spider-Man 3.
A source tells the site that Tom Holland trying pursued Marvel Studio to cast former Spider-Man actor Tobey Maguire as Uncle Ben in an upcoming Spider-Man movie. The character will allegedly appear in flashbacks in the movie. Uncle Ben raised Peter Parker with Aunt May. Parker is later driven to use his new abilities as the hero Spider-Man after his uncle is murdered by an armed felon. Marvel and Sony are allegedly planning to do a live-action Spider-Verse with Tobey returning as Spider-Man.
Maguire starred as the title character in the first Sony Pictures’ Spider-Man trilogy film which includes, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, and Spider-Man 3 in 2002, 2004 and 2007, respectively. The trilogy features Maguire as Peter Parker / Spider-Man, Willem Dafoe as Norman Osborn / Green Goblin, Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane Watson, James Franco as Harry Osborn / New Goblin, Rosemary Harris as May Parker, J. So far Garfield is the only Spider-Man actor not have a trilogy.

Previous reports suggested that production on the 3rd untitled Spider-Man film will begin in July and expected to run through November 2020. Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures will apparently shoot the Atlanta, New York City, Los Angeles, and Iceland!
Spider-Man 3 filming in Iceland could be hinting at Kraven the Hunter involvement in the film. Uncle Ben Fictional character biography:
Ben Parker was born in Brooklyn, New York. He trained to be a military police officer, and also spent time as a singer in a band. He had known his future wife, May Reilly since their high school days, but she, in turn, was naively interested in a boy who was involved in criminal activities. When he came to her one night and proposed to her on the spot, Ben was there to expose him as a murderer, and to comfort the heart-broken May when the boy was arrested. Their relationship evolved into love, and they enjoyed a happily married life, later caring for mermaid Linda Brown. When Ben’s younger brother Richard Parker and his wife Mary were killed in a plane crash, Ben and May took in their orphaned son Peter and raised him as their own.
