Attack on Titan’s final season has allegedly been delayed. According to new reports, the anime series 4th and final season is no longer listed for October 2020. The Attack on Titan anime committee will allegedly release a new update this month. The series will receive a compilation film titled Shingeki no Kyojin: Chronicle. The film will open for a limited theatrical run in Japan on July 17. The anime movie will summarize the first three seasons of the show.

It was announced that studio MAPPA will replace Wit Studio as the new animation studio. In addition, it was revealed that Dorohedoro anime director, Yuichiro Hayashi, will direct the new season of Attack on Titan anime series. Hayashi also directed Garo the Animation and both seasons of Kakegurui anime. Hayashi will be joined by Hiroshi Seko who will write the series scripts. Seko previously worked on Ajin anime, Vinland Saga, and Mob Psycho 100 anime. Dorohedoro and 91 Days characters, Tomohiro Kishi, will design the characters. Hiroyuki Sawano is returning to compose the music, with Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga and The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments composer, Kohta Yamamoto.

Attack on Titan Anime 3rd Season was broadcast in two parts, with the first 12 episodes aired from July to October 2018, and the last 10 episodes aired from April to July 2019. The first season of Attack on Titan aired in 2013. The Second Season of the anime series premiered in April 2017. Back in 2017 reported surfaced that Warner Bros. is apparently eyeing a Hollywood remake of the two-part Japanese Attack on Titan” live-action movie.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Release No Longer Listed For October 2020

Hajime Isayama first published the manga at Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine on September 9, 2009. The manga has spawned a spin-off light novel series “Before the Fall” which began in December 2011 and has received a manga adaptation. Two additional light novel series and four additional spin-off manga series have also been created, and video games.
